"Beautiful, healthy and looks great"

My beautiful plant arrived safely and was well packaged. She fills the space in the corner of my sitting room and is a beautiful, healthy plant.
Just what I wanted to fill the space.

I have bought plants online before and some have arrived damaged. This one arrived promptly and safely. So I would recommend Oxy-Plants. I like that they are a small company and take care with what they sell.

Really lovely plants. They arrived brilliantly packaged and only 1 leaf has dropped out of 4 x 120cm high plants. The delivery was slower than I had hoped but this was because the company had received what they considered sub standard stock so they waited until better new stock arrived that met their standards to send out. Very competitive pricing. Friendly and responsive staff. Will definitely buy again and recommend to others.

ZZ Plant arrived on the day expected, well packaged and looking healthy. I will be ordering more plants from Oxy-Plants in the future.

"No goods but they’ve taken £180.94"

I placed an order with Oxy-plants at the end of July, for plants and pots, costing £180:94. The order was due to take 48 hours to arrive.
I have not received my goods, I have not received a single email from the company; no email confirmation of the order, no confirmation of cancellation and no explanation of why the money was removed from my account on July 27th. Despite numerous telephone calls to these people I still don’t have my money back.
I would strongly suggest avoiding doing business with this firm.

Fast premium delivery, hassle-free ordering, accepted PayPal (which is a bonus as I don't like spreading card details around unnecessarily), good email updates and tracking, and the item received was as described and effective for the purpose. 5 stars :)

"I am not very happy"

I am not very happy, excited to finally replace the old bird of paradise I had but it arrived with a stem bent, after emailing them they told me snottily to cut it off and it will grow and to expect a risk when it is being delivered.
It came in a smaller box than the height of the plant and with so much soil everywhere, that one should consider repotting.
They offered to return some of my money and not heard from them.
Such a shame I was excited for this!
Waiting for my full refund and a response still.

"Paid 170 for two money trees"

Paid 170 for two money trees. Turned up broken and 90% dead. So far poor customer service. Have sent multiple photo’s. Poor communication. Use them at your peril.

As an update company have been in touch and are going to send new plants. Let’s hope these are of a better quality.
