Awful.
Bought a Reina electric radiator from them at the beginning of February. After qualified electrical installation it packed up in early April. Electrician identified a product fault.
Trade Plumbing informed by phone and email. STILL waiting for a part now (21st May)!

Awful communication, no confirmation of delivery either. Was told item in stock, which it wasn’t, which led to me having to cancel the job and lose £400. I was charged £60 delivery which is awful, for saying the product came direct from
The manufacturer. Was then told I’d get a call back to discuss a delivery refund. But I’ve been continually ignored. I shall be taking to the plumbing forums to warn other plumbers of this diabolical company

Still waiting for my delivery. Haven’t received an email since on a delivery date. Spoke to someone and they said I would receive a email regarding the delivery. No update since. Will not be using Trade Plumbing again

"Fails to Fix/Replace a Leaky Boiler"
It has been 9 days since I reported a leak in my main water heater element that I purchased from this company. In that time, all I’ve received is a request for photos (which I had sent in my first email). Despite my repeated attempts to seek updates, I’ve heard nothing substantial. A leaking boiler isn’t a minor inconvenience; it’s a basic necessity. Yet, there’s been no sense of urgency in addressing the issue. My patience wears thin as I await a resolution. People are due to move into this property in just six days, and I cannot fathom the chaos if the boiler remains dysfunctional.

"Go to a reputable company "
Placed an order for a radiator on 5th April. Have phoned on numerous occasions and fobbed off with some lame excuse each time. Still no sign of the radiator, I called again last week and requested a refund - not surprisingly, i’m still waiting on that too! They are obviously selling goods that they don’t have and sitting on customers money.
7 May and still no refund - just called customer services who say it will be in my account today - how many times I’ve heard that!
