Poor communication and delivery days were wrong, leaving us with no heating due to not delivering a radiator or radiator feet on time, after being told specific dates.
The radiator feet have still not been delivered.
I emailed about the delivery date and have still not yet received a reply.
Poor service.

UPDATE- Since trade plumbing have replied with a lightly apology I have still to receive the radiator feet I have order on the 26th February . I’ve rang everyday day and have been lied to regarding the delivery day and date., I’ve spoke to the same customer service person who has said he will email me the tracking for delivery. Yet again this is a lie, I haven’t received an email and this is holding back building work and leaving us with no heating. What an about joke this company is.
I will never order from this company again.

The biggest problem was it took 7 days to deliver something which you had in stock. I know this was 5 working days but it is not good enough.

Would not recommend. 2 stars cylinder turned up in good condition.
