"Don’t use never got item "

Never reply to emails,chat live calls never had item I ordered now on chat to bank to try and get money back
I check in emails and nothing as I look every day in spam inbox ect I would like a refund please

Placed an order on the 13/04.
Sent an email on the 19/04 asking for an order update, I had taken into consideration that it was bank holiday weekend and the postal service was bound to be slow.
I've had no response, items have not turned up and am out of pocket £40. Absolutely would not recommend.

Ordered Gtx 1.2 mesh coils they sent me the regular 1.2ohm instead that won’t even fit my pod and no one is there to reach for help nor have the courtesy send me the correct order.
