"First of all no one answers the phone"
First of all no one answers the phone, it's a recording that tells you they are busy to press 1 if you would like to be called back by the number I was calling from and to press 1 if ok and if not to leave a different number. I called Reactive again on 6/12/24 and spoke to Nancy after pressing 1 to be called back. She told me that they have a complaint and told me that Home Insurance should be able to compensate me for food lost as they don't do so. They still don't have any earlier appointments until 10/12/24 by Whirlpool as it's a Hotpoint Fridge. Also told her I had to go out yesterday and purchased a fridge as I could not wait until next week for someone to come to check fridge and then will be told it cannot be repaired and then given a fridge when it's convenient to me. Nancy told me she was making notes and would pass it on to Complaints.
