"Do not buy unless you are 100%"

Bought a top and bag for my son from kids cavern in the Trafford Centre on Saturday and returned bag on Tuesday as he didn’t like it. Was told by staff no refunds. This was not said at time of purchase or any sign stating this. When I tried to return on Tuesday the staff were so rude, two moved away from the till sniggering at me as the girl behind the till was not able to help me. Spoke to customer service who also were unhelpful.
Please do not buy from here unless you are 100% sure you will not want to return the item.

I have placed two online orders with these in the last few months. Each and every time I get an email stating order refunded (inventory issues).

Don’t advertise items that clearly are not in stock.

Once I can accept but two orders for multiple items is ridiculous!!
