"I ordered some shoes online,Instead of…"

I ordered some shoes online,Instead of the 11.5 Airmax's I recieved a Pair of pink Air Force ones size 6.5.I sent them back the same day and now 2 weeks later i'm told it could be another week or two until I recieve a refund.I understand mistakes can happen but surely I should get my money back immediately.

"Wont be shopping here ever again"

Wont be shopping here at Jd sports Browns Plains ever again, needed a 15c bag for a bag of chips that broke one of the guys on the floor went to get me a bag to help but the manager with a gross attitude said nope cant give bags away for free completely undermined her worker made me feel like a scab, i felt bad for worker, then i asked if i could buy one she said nope so i went to foot locker and was helped out instantly so purchased our stuff from there but they didnt have the airforce shoes we needed when jd did but i didnt go back as after i confronted manager she sarcastically said sorry but she wasnt so i said you dont look sorry she said im sorry we cant give bags away for free, a 15 cent bag!!! i even offered to pay for it lol and i said im going to make a purchase she said sorry you need to make purchase first i said are you really sorry cause she didnt seem sorry at all she said do you want to leave! Wow what a manager, rude attitude towards employee and customer over a plastic bag so stuff her and her terrible attitude literally lost $500+ sale over a 15c bag shameful, bad customer service unhelpful manager with rotten attitude and ego, poor people working under her.

"Item came ripped along the seams"

Item came ripped along the seams. Tried to call two different local stores, to see if I can get an exchange, hang on hold each time for 5 minutes before being disconnected.
Not into clothes that you can wear once, and not even wash for fear of making the damage worse

"JD elizabeth is so unorganized"

JD elizabeth is so unorganized. We waited half an hour to have someone bring us the shoes from out back and then they were the wrong ones. Then when we lined up to buy the wrong nike shoes because we didnt want to wait another half hr and also some tommy hilfigure sneakers, others who were waiting less time than us jumped the que, so when I went up and said something they told us we were rude and to line back up. We left the store immediately along with other ppl who were sick of waiting

"Abysmal online service"

I was disgusted by the fact that I was able to order a pair of Nike Phantom Gold dunks online for a gift, only to be promptly refunded with no explanation. After writing to customer service asking them to do better, I was then told a lie. The answer was that apparently the size I asked for was not in stock after checking all of their warehouses. Funny thing was, was I went back and checked the website, the whole image had been removed and they were completely no longer available. I am not happy at all as the person I was buying these for is now very upset and the weak response was abysmal. I will never walk into a store again and hope that you all consider this awful service before you part with your hard earned dollars.

Customer service is so bad they sent me the wrong size track suit I order for my wife. I kindly called to ask they fix it and was treated so rudely I would never shop here again looks like the rest of the people that have shopped there have reached the same conclusion

"Would give zero stars if I could!!!"

Would give zero stars if I could. Made an order online and was only sent 5 out of 16!!! Yes, 16!!! Items. Ordering from them previously with no issues prior I knew that their dispatch email often says “PLEASE NOTE: YOUR ORDER MAY BE SENT FROM TWO OR MORE LOCATIONS.
THIS MEANS YOU MAY RECEIVE SEPARATE PACKAGES & DIFFERENT TIMES.” So I assumed I would be sent multiple packages or at least an additional package with the remaining items. Nope! No further emails or contact from them whatsoever and after emailing evidence and calling them several times, sending the dispute form they insisted I send, and photo evidence that I didn’t receive all items, they were very rude, petty and unhelpful, almost accusatory and not apologetic whatsoever. They then had to audacity to state that they have investigated the situation and apparently ALL items were packed and dispatched?! How!? When I clearly don’t have them to show for it!!! Clearly, I shouldn’t have had so much trust in JD Sports. Your bloody workers probably stole the items kept them for themselves and claimed it as such!!! Literally just an honest person trying to get some clothes for her kids. No apology given. No offer of compensation or even a goddamn discount code for crying out loud, nothing!!! As a gesture of goodwill. Absolutely atrocious how they’ve handled everything. Will NOT be ordering from them AGAIN.

"Online order damaged box"

I placed an order for Air Force 1 shoes on a Sunday and payed for express which came on Tuesday which is fine. The issue I have is JD’s dispatch team send it in a plastic satchel. My box was damaged and could tell this shoe was returned prior to the warehouse and then shipped out to me. I will be very hesitant ordering from JD online in the future.

"The good outweighs the bad!"

Almost every time I've shopped at JD liverpool I've had 10 out of 10 service. I'm always greeted efficiently and made to feel welcome. The team members have treated be politely and given great one on one service.
There was only one time when they had first opened in liverpool sydney, I wasn't greeted or even acknowledged to which lead me to walk out of the store.
However the good definitely outweighs the bad here for me.
Each time I've entered that store I've left with a pair of shoes/ clothing etc.
Again today,I had fantastic service and left with another pair of shoes. And ill also be writing to their customer service team AGAIN to let them know how pleased I am shopping there.
I only shop at JD now to purchase shoes for myself and family.

"Sent used shoes"

They sent me some shoes that had clearly been wore - scuff marks, stains, some old glue. Tried to get a partial refund, they offered 10% or for me to return then via the post office. They basically put in as little effort to rectify it as possible.

Edit: response to below…I couldn’t remove the marks and there were 5 marks altogether. Looks like these were previously returned shoes. Paying $150 for $170 shoes with marks on them isn’t a good situation for the customer. No one would want to buy clothing that already has marks on them. The below reply shows what little regard for high standards, quality and customer service JD Sports has, hence all the other reviews like mine. I didn’t ask for anything in my first customer service email and was told to just return them, then I was offered $20, then I requested 50%. I now have to waste my time returning the shoes for JD Sports to send to another customer.
