"Dont bother made am order 3 weeks ago…"

Dont bother made am order 3 weeks ago still waiting realised i had put the wrong address rung customer care and they said they couldnt do anything and i would have to wait for tracking number to re direct parcel! Took 2 weeks for the order to even be dispatched from warehouse and is still in transition problem is company its being delivered throughs contact is in london go figure will never order againy order through platypus arrived in 5 days!

"Unprofessional service (1 month not receive stuff), useless customer care"

Order some stuff 1 month ago( according to JD sport delivery time 7 to 10 days) not deliver till now , when call JD sport customer care got answer “nothing in our hands, depends upon delivery company when they want to deliver.”
My question is who choose delivery company, i pay to Jd sport for deliver my stuff and It’s JD sport responsibility to make sure product on time. Customer care is totally rubbish seems like people sit their don’t have common sense , rather than solving customer problem they give senseless excuses. How u feel when u say your not happy and JD Customer care have only one solution If you are not happy return your order anytime. (I block my money for more than one month with you guys just to return the stuff .) Never order again.

"Never will I shop here again!"

I purchased a pair of Jordans on May 31 2020. After being sent an order number and an email saying processing that date it has still not been processed or sent. i have sent two emails and no one has contacted me and today it says the order can’t be found. I’m lost as to how this place stays in business at this point. Horrible customer service.

"Ordered a pair of nike air Max ltd on…"

Ordered a pair of nike air Max ltd on Monday night and got them Wednesday the same week. I live in Sydney. They processed the order through shippit and emailed me confirmation. The shoes were excellent quality so I really rate the service

"Misrepresented goods. Had to take to VCAT for refund"

The shoe I purchased online was advertised as a running shoe, however it was misclassified and not designed for running unfortunately. It caused injury when I went for a run as the footbed was angled so that the outside of my foot tilted upwards. I notified JD Sports the shoe was not fit for purpose but they disagreed and blamed me (for apparently not having the expertise of a podiatrist to assess a shoe's fitness for running without actually wearing it). Afterwards I checked with the manufacturer (Puma) who confirmed it was not a running shoe. So as it turned out, the shoe was never a running shoe and JD sports had misadvertised it as one. Despite the fact that JD Sports misrepresented the shoe as a running shoe when it was not, they refused to give me a refund and I have had to lodge a case with VCAT to get my money back. They refused to acknowledge the goods were misrepresented and not fit for the purpose they were advertised for. Given the statement from Puma I am astounded and disappointed at their response, including their attempt to blame me for the problem.

I would suggest that if you can buy your item from another company, do consider one with a better reputation for customer service because JD Sports will not assist you if you need to return the shoe if you have had an issue with it.

"Don’t even bother trying to order…"

Don’t even bother trying to order anything! I placed my order and received a confirmation email. When I went to check whether it had been shipped as it had been a few days since the order it suddenly said issue with order! When I called they said oh we didn’t have any of what you wanted in stock. A day later they had put the shoes I originally wanted back online with full sizing. Thinking it may work this time, I ordered again. I received a a notification saying order received expect shipping June. When I checked to see if it had been shipped it appeared to have issue with order again. When I called customer services the excuse I got was the warehouse itinerary does not match the website so sometimes it says in stock when it isn’t. Clearly nobody is bothered to physically look and match any warehouse stock to online stock so don’t waste you’re time. You’ll never see your order!

"Terrible experience"

Terrible experience, ordered online, when ordered it said the product was in stock, 3 weeks and still waiting for my purchase to come from the UK.

Did the same to my daughter, at least she got a refund. I tried can’t cancel or get a refund, can’t get one.

Deceptive business practices here be careful
