I would not recommend purchasing from JD sports. They have incorrect size charts linked to their products & then will argue back and forth about this fact which is there in black & white. Was not happy with their false advertising & subsequent poor customer service. Be very careful.

"Zero Rating for JD Sports: non existent customer service"
The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I was sent the wrong shoes and JD sports would not send the correct ones, stating their system did not allow them to recreate an order. They would not refund my money until I returned the wrong shoes they had sent me. So I ended up wit no shoes, time wasted on WhatsApp, email, phone and had to leave work early to get to a post office on time to post shoes back to them. It was their error yet they would do nothing to resolve. A total breach by them of consumer guarantee to receive product ordered. A big red flag. Have now ordered same shoes from iconic. I ordered black Adidas vegan size 13 from JD and received Lacoste leather size 10. To not immediately remedy the situation send me the shoes I had ordered, saying their system does not allow them to recreate an order, is a flawed system that is surely in breach of a customers right to receive the product ordered. First and last experience with this company. Buyer beware.

I brought a pair of Adidas runners around a year ago, they are a 230$ pair of shoes the stitching is coming apart at the front and sides was going to buy anothe pair and get a few different pairs and a few different colours. Shattered

I ordered a shoe online and never got it. They will not return calls, emails or messages. Forget trying to get a refund. Now I'm trying through the bank to stop the payment, which is a nightmare.

"Bad service Blacktown"
I bought shoes in your Blacktown store yesterday for my son, if I were able to purchase these shoes at a competitive retailer I would have due to the appalling, rude, least helpful customer service I have ever had. I have worked in the retail industry for many years I understand how and what is is to work with customers, I'm in complete shock and frustration. The other customers in the store were been treated as equally rude or worse. I will never shop in this store again which is ashame because I like JD product.

This is third time i buy clothes either online or from the store oline as out of that item and never received it and when i call they said system error go to the store and get refund and i lost the deal. What a really bad experience

The worst! Ordered nearly a week ago and the package hasn’t even left the UK yet. No local distribution. No advice given that you have to wait 2-3 weeks to receive an order. I’m flying out never Wednesday and won’t have the cargo pants I need for the flight. Online ordering issues also. JD’s e-commerce platform and service is the worst.
