"Terrible Customer Service"
I ordered a pair of sneakers on 9th January and paid for shipping of 3 to 7 days delivery. It is now 29th January. The shipping status is still showing it has not been dispatched and JD Sports Customer service just keep giving me the runaround telling me to wait another 5 business days every time I contact them I requested a refund so I could purchase the shoes elsewhere and they have not provided this. Am so disappointed with the lack of service and nearly a month on I still dont have the shoes or an estimated date of arrival for the shoes that I paid for plus cost of delivery. Will never purchase from this company again.

I don’t normally do reviews but I was left confused and annoyed by staff at Cockburn. First ask guy to find a shoe size for my son, he gives him a shoe which didn’t fit. But the guy has now disappeared, so ask girl for another size. She uses her headset which is weird in itself to call for a bigger size. We waited and nothing. So I ask her again. Eventually out comes the shoe, half a size bigger than what I asked for but it works for my son so I say I’ll take it. We walk to counter and I’ve got my card out. She drops the box behind the counter walks off and leaves me standing there with no service. Finally a young girl comes over with attitude and tells me floor staff don’t do the register. And without any customer service finally takes my card and I finally get to leave . Never again. No customer service and weirdest ideas on how a shop should run.

If you want terrible customer service, shop at JD sports! Systems issues, don’t answer phone, and just over all terrible customer service. Will not be shopping here again thats for sure. Manager was very apologetic but still unable to fix my issue and suggested I call anytime to talk to her after I just explained I had called the store 20 times with no response 🤣 she went on to explain how busy they are yet as a mum with two kids I clearly have so much time up my sleeve to go back & forth to stores and call stores 20 times 🙄

Deliberately deceptive advertising.
I went to pay for 2 items marked at $35 with a '20% extra discount' or similar marking. The cashier said the cost was $70. When I queried it she said there was very small print (unreadable to me) saying something like 'extra discount already applied'!

This company uses your payment method address as the delivery address regardless of the address under your account. This cannot be changed once the order is placed and this information was relayed to me by "Customer Care" via email.
A tip for fellow shoppers.
If you have multiple addresses and or properties as I do then your delivery could end up just about anywhere.
It would seem pointless in adding your address to their website.
Their system is obviously flawed.

Never answer phone. I called so many times. Gave up and had to go back to the shops to chat to some one.

I ordered a shirt online for Xmas.
They sent me a used shirt with armpit stains absolutely disgusted.
Called head office was told to return to store.
Returned to store and was declined a refund due to no refunds at xmas.
What an absolute joke and I will be taking this matter further as it breaches consumer laws.Poor service

No one answers the phone...rang 4 different stores. The website says click and collect, as an option besides delivery yet online doesn't give you the option or if it does its not clearly visible. Notneveryone wants to have stuff delivered. Terrible online and store customer experience. I guess when you're only focused on sales and $$, the rest becomes substandard. Pick up your game.
