"Borderline fraud! "

Placed order and paid, within 10mins they cancelled my order. I have to wait a week for a refund?! How are you guys in business. Bloody p'd off!!! Not fkn happy. Will never shop here again.

JD Sports Australia Jd sport, your Rockingham branch is an absolute joke!!! I had picked out a shirt as well as a pair of shoes, the lovely lady was trying to sort the correct size, she mentioned they were expecting the size 5 to arrive later that afternoon and would call me once the shoes arrived. They kept the shirt aside me and I was to collect and pay when the shoes arrived, I explained I was leaving for south Africa on Monday the 25/11/24 and these were a gift, I called the store this morning and spoke to Dom who confirmed all was good to go and he said yes your name is here on the shirt, so I jumped in my car and heading down to Rockingham to collect my items, when I arrived I said I am here to collect the items, everyone looked confused and had a lady approach me and say they don’t have the items, I said no I spoke to dom this morning and he confirmed, please call the manager. The manager Kelly came over and was so dismissive and had a totally and complete I don’t care attitude. When I explained my frustration she said there is nothing they can do to help and constantly spoke over me, when I told her I would be going to social media l. She said I was disgusting and she would contact google to have my comment removed!! While this is a busy time of year, I think your “managers” need to be trained and taught manners!!! Do better JD Sports

"The staffing was shocking!"

The staffing was shocking and every staff member we spoke to was either rude or extremely unhelpful. I waited in there for just under an hour and after being sent from the front of the store to the back multiple times I gave up and you lost a $340 sale. Will not be coming back, recommend everyone to go across to new balance!

"Avoid like the plague "

Absolute joke of a company. Took over a week for them to process my order. When I rang them I got all these excuses about shifting warehouses in Sydney & that was causing delays. Was offered a 20% on any future order as recompense. Shoes finally arrived after 3 weeks. Stupidly I used the 20% voucher on another pair of shoes & what do you know… the same slow service as the first time. Again took more than a week to post my order & a week later the tracking hasn’t moved. There will not be a third time.

JD take a leaf out of Adidas’s book. Order Sunday and it arrives on the other side of the country on Wednesday.

"Total Scam!"

Firstly my online order was rejected with no reason given, but that's not the worst part..

I found the shoes I wanted in store half a size too big but was going to buy. The floor staff pointed out that the shoelaces were not pure white like the shoe, so I should definitely buy the protective spray or the shoe might also turn “yellow” like the laces. I declined.

When I got to the counter the server also pointed out the shoelaces were off-white so would I like to buy a pair of pure white laces? I declined. They tried to sell me the spray again. I pointed out to them that the images on their website for this shoe show pure white laces. By this stage I realized it was a scam to try and sell me more useless junk.

I walked out and purchased them directly from Nike in the perfect size for shipping cost that was cheaper than their dodgy laces or spray. And guess what? Yep, the laces were pure white!

You may call this aggressive marketing by JD Sports. I call it spurious and deceptive skullduggery. Thankfully not a cent passed between me this dishonest company and nor will it while ever either of us exist.

Trust entirely eroded.

"No connection to customers"

JD Blacktown very poor customer service.
No customer centricity. Staff were flat, no smiles, no connections and just a process. Brought shoes as a birthday gift due to convenience instead of going back to my local Merrylands store. The team on shift had no sense of direction. Will go to competitors in Blacktown moving forward. A shame with you see on line sales are better than front line retail, now we know why . #Disappointed.

"Worst experience ever !"

Worst experience ever !! I purchased a pair of shoes and was also sold a pair of shoe guards, when I brought them home the guards didn’t really fit in my daughter’s shoe. I bought them back to JD erina and was served by a female staff member with dark brown/black long, wavey extension hair, she had packed makeup on and baggy Nike pants.
The guards have lived in the box from when I purchased them. They were packaged with a black felt like material mould, it had left black little tiny threads on the yellow side of the guard. The female staff member said she can’t refund them because they were dirty. I disagreed as that wasn't true at all. She said I was yelling at her but all I was doing was explaining to her directly, they haven’t been used and they have been sitting in the box since I purchased them. She was very rude, dismissive and obnoxious. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable and upset. To treat a customer like that and say an item was dirty when it clearly wasn’t. If you opened another box of shoe guards from the store, I assure you they would all look exactly the same as the ones I was trying to return.

I will never shop at JD again. I’ve been a long standing customer of JD from when you first went online. I’m still upset with the interaction with that horrible person. I was so shaken up I didn’t get her name. I’m sure you can work out who it was with the description.
