"Ripped clothing and terrible service "

Paid for two football jerseys both with next day delivery. Order got split into two and they only sent one tracking number. First jersey arrived on time with a hole through the front and back off the jersey that looks like its from a box opener in the warehouse. Tracking number says delivered and so I had no idea whether the other jersey would arrive until 8 days later when it appeared three days after the event I bought it for in plenty of time. They wouldn't send me a replacement jersey and clearly didn't read my emails and sent a stock response instead.

I am Disabled & Need A Particular Pair of Shoes. I am on the NDIS.
I found JD Sports very Unhelpful & Quite Rude. They just Lost a $600 Sale.
Don’t Buy From JD Sports.
Try Footlocker for a Much Better Experience, Selection & Decent Customer Service.
JD Sports Obviously don’t want to help the Disabled. They Don’t Care

Sent the wrong product such as stuff around to send it back. No wonder people don’t want to shop online considering the stuff up was JD’s fault. Makes it hard to deal with Won’t be buying. Of you again this is a joke

"carindale JD sport, rude girl with black curly hair "

I came in just having a look and found a pair of shoes I liked but they were dirty on the shelf, the girl who served me had black/brown curly hair said Ill get you a fresh pair as we can’t sell these. No issue there, however she comes back 15 minutes later with the same pair of shoes, still had marks on them that had attempted to be wiped off. I said can I get a fresh pair please, and she comes back with the same pair. I would have had no issue ordering them online but Its the fact she was trying to sell me a dirty pair of shoes. She then began Talking about the situation in a very rude manner with her co-workers. She was extremely rude to me when she didn’t have to be. Will not be coming back to this location as they clearly have no standards for their customer service or the products they are selling to customers. The man who served us up at the till was an angel about everything. He found an actual new pair of the shoe and gave us some wipes to keep them clean. I believe he had ginger hair and might have been a manager. He was awesome.

"Yesterday I went to buy shoes from JD…"

Yesterday I went to buy shoes from JD Sport in Highpoint and asked for the size of the New Balance shoe I liked (my shoes were New Balance and I checked my size there and told them). Then I saw the other shoes on the sidelines and they were 1 size bigger than the size I was wearing, but I wanted to try them on to see how they looked on my feet. The larger size fit my feet perfectly and I was surprised. Then I didn't want to tire the employees there and I went and stood in front of the door and told the other friends who were making a call on the radio to please bring this. I was helping in my own way. My shoes arrived at that moment. But she brought it a little quickly. And at that moment, because I wanted the other size, she rolled her eyes at her friend in front of me and mumbled something. I turned around and apologized several times (I was still acting polite like an idiot. She was the one who should apologize). And she prolonged this situation and said something again at that moment and I think she swore.

Then when the other shoes arrived I wanted to try them on and this time the girl standing in front of the door didn't want to give them to me to try on. She said this is the size you want anyway. But they didn't have the left and I couldn't wear the left. It is a simple anatomy information that everyone knows (I am a biologist and I know anatomy very well) right foot-left foot, right breast-left breast, right eyebrow, eye, arm, hand etc. are asymmetrical! And I stated there that I wanted to wear the left shoe. Look, I bought these shoes because of my friend. Because I went shopping with my friend and she didn't want to go to another store. I have never encountered a staff that mocked the customer so much (even though I never had a rude attitude, they did!) and I normally never shop from a store like this. I have worked in stores before but I have never had such an attitude towards a customer! And I really regret shopping from your store!

Have bought numerous shoes and they have been fine. This time around the shoe was obviously faulty and so uncomfortable I couldn't wear them. Returned the shoe and they have said the shoes is fine and not faulty, no refund....shoes will just go in the bin. Last buy.

"Satisfied 1st time buyer"

As a 1st time buyer I was satisfied with the online purchase and delivery. I checked the reviews first and felt confident buying per comments from veteran reviewers. Used Paypal just in case something went wrong but it was all OK. Received the item from Auspost in two business days (within NSW). Item is exactly what I wanted.

"Very poor online customer support its…"

Very poor online customer support its hard to contact jd support it takes them weeks to reply your email and after you send your reply another week to reply back. If you contact over the phone they just reply our customer support will take action as soon as possible
Its been 29 days i purchased a shoe worth $300 over a raffale i haven’t received it yet
