"I had the absolute worst experience…"

I had the absolute worst experience with JD Sports. I ordered shoes for my son’s 15th birthday and even paid extra for express postage to make sure they arrived on time. After days of waiting, I reached out multiple times to find out where my parcel was, but I received no response. The entire experience was incredibly disappointing, and I never expected such poor customer service. I will never shop here again, and I believe this place should be blacklisted. After reading all the negative comments here, I now realize I should have checked the reviews before ordering. Definitely won’t make that mistake again.

"NEVER EVER TO RETURN "

Pay $150 for shoes and when they malfunction in 3 months no refund no exchange. Even though there is a manufacturers warrantee. Jd are no longer on our list of places to go. With rebel plateaus and footlocker to name a few we are spoilt for choice. Never ever again

"DONT BUY ANY THING FROM JD SPORTS, JUST WASTING TIME AND MONEY"

The service is particularly bad. The recipient's name is incorrect, and I called them immediately in the morning. They said the order had already been packed and couldn't be canceled (not sure whether packed or not as I received message updated packing in the afternoon), and that I should wait for the tracking number to contact Australia Post for redirection or call them back. Today, I first called Australia Post, and they said they couldn't redirect it and advised me to contact the sender, as only the sender could initiate the redirection. I then called them again and provided my order number. The customer service representative initially said they couldn't redirect it because they hadn't received the tracking number. I told them I had received it and Australia Post confirmed it was possible, and only then did she respond, 'Oh, I just saw that...' It felt very dismissive, as if she didn't want to answer my questions. When I asked if there was any way to change the name, the answer was still no, and she blamed me that I should confirm the name before making the payment. I explained that I had checked several times before placing the order to ensure everything was correct, and I didn't understand why the name was still wrong in the order. She didn't listen and couldn't provide any solutions, and in the end, she hung up on me. It's really frustrating. AU post won't give me my parcel if I am unable to provide the ID consistent with delivery. I won' receive my goods, and I will lose $200. What a nightmare!

"Terrible - missing package not even sent"

Terrible. Ordered 3 pairs of shoes to be sent to home address in Sydney. They were dispatched from Homebush (Sydney) sent to Seven Hills (Sydney) and then sent to Melbourne. From Melbourne they went to Brisbane. From Brisbane to my place two weeks after ordering. I then only received 2 pairs. Spoke to JD Sports and they asked me to fill in a form and wait. I waited and waited. I chased and then chased again for an outcome. Finally, they acknowledged the 3rd pair were never even sent in the first place. They said they would refund and it would take 3-5 working days. OMG! What a nightmare. I will NEVER order through JD Sports online again!

"Holes! Already Worn! Dried Glue and Horrible Quality Control!"

Just recieved them in the mail and upon inspection not even 30 seconds I noticed all this uneven horrible quality control, glue, holes, threading away, swoosh not trimmed properly, no sheet of paper came in the box, they've already been worn!?
This is my first time buying these with the Air on the side as I thought about them for years and liked this colorway, the shipping took nearly 2 weeks, it was only 12 hours away. Maybe tread carefully with JD Sports, I'm not sure of their reputation now but I have shopped from them years ago, maybe they've gone down the drain now.

DO NOT SHOP AT JD SPORTS – HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, REFUSED RETURN!

I recently bought a pair of trainers that were the wrong size, so I tried to return them UNWORN, in PERFECT condition, but they REFUSED to accept the return, accusing me of "staining" them. The trainers were never worn outside, never touched dirt, yet they had the audacity to blame ME for a stain just to avoid issuing a refund!

JD Sports return policy is a SCAM – it’s clear they have no respect for their customers. I’ve never dealt with a company that has such a POOR attitude toward customer service. If you’re thinking about buying trainers or clothing from JD Sports, THINK AGAIN! They’ll happily take your money, but if you need to return or exchange anything, prepare for them to make up excuses not to help.

This is a warning to all shoppers – AVOID JD SPORTS unless you want to be blamed for something you didn’t do. They have ZERO accountability and treat honest customers with nothing but disrespect.

I’ll never shop here again, and I recommend everyone stay FAR AWAY from JD Sports if you value your hard-earned money and want to avoid this kind of NIGHTMARE experience!

"Purchased a pair of Spezials for my mum…"

Purchased a pair of Spezials for my mum as a present in store at Carindale Shopping centre. Unfortunately the shoe ended up being too big, so I sent a letter and the shoes back to their returns address on the website. The exact same size 8 shoes were returned to me. I jumped on the chat site to see why they had been returned without swapping for a smaller size and was informed I am unable to return the shoes unless I go back to the same store I purchased from. I live regionally, and my closest store is over 600km away. Their head office and customer support have been no help what so ever. I am now stuck with a $170 pair of shoes that fit no one. Will never return to JD Sports and will not recommend.

"Ordered Nike air 95 ultra after one…"

Ordered Nike air 95 ultra after one month of not receiving australia post misplaced them emailed 3 times to jd sports no reply called then they contacted Australia post who found my shoes they redirected them back too their wharehouse and refunded my order with no correspondence at all worst customer service ever asked them to redirect the shoes back to me but they said no place a new order they did not care at all never again....

"Bait and switch at it's best."

Offer promotion and great price on products. Can add these items into the cart successfully but at the payment page, it says out of stock. Happens all the time. Monitored this over a month. A great example of bait and switch sales tactics.
