I bought a couple of poles from this company 21/2 years ago. Unfortunately a fault delevoped on the cord rollers of one of them and I was very impressed with their service. They tried to get a spare part although as a fairly integral part of the pole it was not available so I was very impressed when a complete new pole arrived. I would not buy poles anywhere elase with service like this!

We ordered a deluxe swish rail from the Pole company. Unfortunately the package arrived minus the brackets. I reported this to the Pole Company and they sent a whole new rail package by express carrier which arrived the next morning. We are so impressed with the service. There was no quibbling about a replacement. We would therefore feel more than confident placing further orders in the future. Their motto must surely be 'customer satisfaction comes first'. It did with us anyway.

Prompt delivery. However, poles were left outside front door with no effort to conceal. In addition the packaging was badly damaged. Inspected the poles today and they appear to be OK.
