EV charging unit installed by Andy who had his work cut out in having to lay a cable under a concrete pathway. He worked very hard, arriving at dawn, working through a bitterly cold day and several hours of evening darkness, yet still finding time to make the bluetooth connections to my phone and fully explain the workings. All good.

I had originally placed an order with another EV home charger supplier but still had no install date 2 weeks after ordering (and paying) and the lead time was going to be 3-5 weeks on top! I cancelled the order, spoke with API and the unit was supplied and installed within days.

Efficient process all the way through. Install chap was great. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Our EO charger was installed within a few days of accepting the quote / sending thru all necessary pictures required. Communication was excellent all the way thru from initial enquiry.
The electrician who carried out the install (Andy) did a great job and answered all our queries during the install. Andy even called back the following day to ensure the EO charger had been activated (something EO side had to be actioned). Car now arrived & everything working perfectly.

Good advice and very quick turn around, Fitter arrived early and very quickly did a neat and simple installation. Talked me through the software app and checked that the car charged correctly before he left. Works just how I wanted and the software is clear and simple. Confident with the whole process, even organised the Electric supply company to check the main fuse. Unlike other companys only paid when installed and happy.

Great experience from API.
I was clueless about home chargers when I called API. Their director Andrew called me and explained my options.
Two weeks later, a lovely lad called Jamie came and installed an Ohme charger. He was in and out in 3.5hrs, friendly with no mess, and showed me how to use the app!
No hidden extras. I was billed what was quoted.
Great service, highly recommended.
