Good price and range of options for EV chargers. I received an email explaining the features of each unit so we could select the best one for us. Ian installed an Ohme unit as well as replacing an old fuseboard for us. We are very satisfied with the product and service.

API website has good information to help with EV charger selection ... in the end I went with Andersen because it is a very nice system even though the most expensive. Clear instructions to send images video and quote was quick plus they took care of grant application. Jordan was a great installer particularly as I was very picky in how I wanted the cabling hidden and so he had to spend quite a lot of time in running it through our loft. After he had completed the work we discovered a minor issue that was impacting the charging rate and the engineering team called me to resolve and ultimately Jordan came back to make the quick fix required. I now have a great (and nice looking) charger.

Like most others buying their first EV car I had lots to learn about picking the right EV charger, the instillation process and charger use. API were helpful right from the start with good advice on the phone initially which then helped me pick the right charger for my needs. The pre-instillation checks were done remotely using photos and Instillation was arranged at a time to suit me. The engineer arrived on time and did a very neat job in a Covid compliant way. So far the Easee charger is working really well with no issues to report and is easy to use with the Easee app.

Good service, prompt response times and arrived as per schedule installed spout any problem. I need the installation pre Christmas as that is when my car was being delivered ,; due to COVID and increased demand, unfortunately the waiting time from the time of billing was nearly 4 weeks and I could get it installed in early Jan. The
Process, including applying for the OLEV grant and upgrading the fuse with the Electrical Company is easy. Consider booking early

Jordan (I think - I'm awful with names!) did the installation, arrived as booked, went through the install & siting with me, installed neatly and took me through setup & use to check everything was right - all in a Covid-safe manner. Couldn't fault the process at all.
Would recommend to anyone in their installation region.

The whole process of my wall charger install by API Electrical was superb. Their website made it easy for me to upload pictures & information to get an estimate for the work. The online grant application was straightforward & simple. On the day of the installation the engineer talked me through the work & made some helpful suggestions regarding the best position of the charger. Nothing was too much trouble & he did a really neat & tidy job.
I'd definitely recommend API Electrical & wouldn't hesitate to use them again myself.

This company has incredible service and communications. Unsure about chargers? They helped me to understand the process and what is needed for a great operational product. Then they later installed the charging system fast and competitively priced. Later the support was excellent and they answered every question I had. Recommended: This is a company with nice staff and I certainly recommend them to anyone.
