"Unfortunately I would not recommend…"

Unfortunately I would not recommend API. The one positive was their Engineer Ian - he was very friendly and helpful. However, their office tried to charge me an extra £200 during the job as they had installed the EV charger in a location where the cable wouldn't even reach the car on the driveway! There was no foresight on their part to check this first and looked to put the full blame on me. I wouldn't use them again.

"Very good service from the beginning"

Very good service from the beginning. Prompt and helpful. Unfortunately cannot recommend the charger I have purchased from them ( juice box ). Twice had it replaced due to faulty mechanism and latest one charging very slowly. However the choice was entirely mine and on each occasion API has been very helpful to resolve the problem

Having just had my Ohme EV charger installed by Ian of API I just wanted to say thank you to Ian and the rest of the team for a fantastic job. From enquiry, to installation, including my many questions about different EVs, everything was professional and friendly. The weather wasn't brilliant but that did not deter Ian. I would thoroughly recommend API.

High standard of work, punctual, & reliable. Fitted an Ohme home charger. I would highly recommend this company.
