I found dealing with API to be easy and smooth. They gave advice about the best charging point given our needs. The fitting was done on time with a friendly helpful electrician. The only reason I have not given five stars was that we had some teething problems with the charging point itself, and that was really down to the manufacturer, not API who were very helpful in resolving the problem. Happy to recommend API given the help service and support they gave us.

The installation was scheduled with a quick phone call from API, and Jordan, the engineer, arrived bang on time. He was very friendly and courteous, and explained everything beforehand. He even set up the app on my phone.

API Electrical are a reliable professional company for installing EV charging points. The website is easy to follow from uploading your install photo information to choosing your preferred EV charger. API liaised with the DNO to check and arrange any upgrades prior to charger install. API telephoned to arrange an install date and the engineer Jason did a superb job on installing the OHME charger. All the cabling and kit was installed neat and tidy and Jason guided me through the OHME app account setup. The charger is working fine after a reboot and adjustment to the OHME app schedule. It was well worth the wait for API to prepare for the install just waiting to pay the invoice now.

I was new to the world of EVs and honestly found the process of choosing a charger and someone to install it the most challenging part. After spending quite a long time trawling the internet I came across this company whose website seemed to contain genuine and useful info on different chargers. I phoned up for more information and they were very helpful despite my many questions.

The process for installation is very straightforward. Straightforward online questionnaire with requirement to add photos of possible installation site. Once completed installation date agreed and progressed smoothly with a very neat job at the end. Jill helpful throughout process to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend.
