Excellent service from start to finish. Dealt with the required form filling for the car charger, a MyEnergi Zappi which is excellent by the way. The exploratory questions and form filling resulted in a main fuse upgrade, to 100A, by the DNO. On the day of the install, the installer was polite, helpful and did a great job.

On acceptance they immediately sought authorisation from Northern Power as this can and did take some time. Their communication whilst waiting was good. Their installation engineer was excellent and did a first class job. We are delighted with the result and have no reservations in recommending APi.

The installer explained everything very well and ran through what would happen and where the wires would be visible etc.

Great service from API - Jill was really great with her communication throughout and even though they said that installation would be slower than usual we still only had to wait 2 weeks.

The online OLEV form is very user friendly as indeed is the whole process. The engineer was very friendly and helpful and also turned up on time.

Was very pleased with service provided. Had a hiccup that scheduled installation date had to be postponed owing to engineer being called home. Perfectly understandable, but docked a star because I got chased to pay invoice before installation although I hadn't postponed it! Once I advised by email got a courteous reply and no more chasing emails. Invoice paid after successful installation and just received my EV and it is charging! I would definately recommend API, they just need to get their internal comms a bit slicker.

Paid CASH on the day witha £20 tip. Then chased for none payment, and threatened with court. So had to pay AGAIN. Make sure you get a receipt or steer clear.

Spend an hour taking photos and filling in their online forms which I sent 2 months ago. I chased after 1 month and they insisted they were dealing with it. Now 2 months later I face delivery of a new car and no charge point.
