"Disputable "

The most condescending staffing when taking in complaints they gas light you ignore emails make you feel like your the problem even thou it’s their property should I just not raise concerns and jet it fall into disrepair ???

The only saving grace customer service operatives they take most of the abuse due to management failures they certainly don’t look after these staff

"The home generally is well built..Any new house can have snags, but their customer services don't seem to know what they are doing."

The home generally is well built... However, this might be because of the workers used or an individual rather than the company, but we've encountered issues with wiring in the kitchen and the decorator/s also skipped priming the walls/ used cheap painting methods so repainting has resulted to areas or the first paint peeling.
These things can be easily resolved mind, but Customer service is highly hit and miss. We've bought a home <2 years old and we've had to chase GreenSquare for 3 weeks to simply change the details of ownership to ourselves (still waiting for this to be addressed) so we can have the kitchen wiring addressed.
P.s. The wiring issue is that when we switch on the socket that the washing machine is designed to use, it trips the whole fuse board. My partner and me work in healthcare and need uniforms so this affects us on different levels.

"I wouldn't trust this pos overrated"

I wouldn't trust this pos overrated, overpaid joke company to flush a toilet!. Lying, scheming, bonuses giving to the over weight Chief exec & seniors, but neglect repairs & lie to tenants & staff!. Do Not Trust them!!!
Dont pay your rent if you have outstanding repairs, keep in in the bank & take them to Court for Disrepair!

Greensquareaccord, I have read some recent reviews and found that I and disabled wife I myself immobile repairs waiting years however even worse they happily leave you as tenant fight rights , eg,
Home owners ith rat issue's, fences over the legal height, contact is requested by Greensquareaccord to give 7 working days grace time to reply,
Reality can take 11 days with weekends ,

Ii don't know any one else who requests this,
But your not allowed any contact senior management,
But. Seems every allowed contact there all managers
The others feel tenant's more so if disabled people are there to be abused,bullied,the repercussions for dare complain imposed quickly,savagely,
To be shut
Up. Be honest respectful seen your fodder for abuse,
Neglect,
Tiles on my disabled annex floor breaking up, it definitely trip hazard, but Greensquareaccord, don't care. Now I await the CONCEQUENCES Administered by them.

"Dodgy wiring kitchen cupboards warped.Walls are damaged cracks.Maintenance is high my budget is low in funds to maintain it to secure health safety standards."

The cupboards have warped in my kitchen since the new units have been fitted.Waterlocked and chipped away.Within 6 years the kitchen units are barely fixed.Twice fitted they have fallen off and pulled out the pegs so the cupboards were not attracted anymore.Glued the cupboards but poor quality kept breaking

"Heating and hot water."

Heating and hot water.
Since the 27th February we have had no heating or hot water and it’s been very cold for the last few days, between the 14th February and the 20th February we had the same problem and it was zero or lower for those days. On top of that we have just received our new yearly rent and service charges letter. I know that the price of things have gone up but l think GSA have gone mad. ie last year my service charges were £29.51 per week for the year 25-26 that has gone up to £86.89 per week. O the long list of charges (and l keep mine for years) there is a new one on me, INTENSIVE HOUSING MANAGEMENT £10,117 between the 23 flats. Fire risk assessments have gone up by £10,000 and the communal electricity has gone up £10,000 as well. As has been said many times before on this website GSA only want to take as much money from it’s tenants as possible. I have been in touch with my MP and CAB and hope to get some answers from them and GSA in the near future.
As you know to get on this website and start a review you have to give a minimum of one star to start. I normally give them minus 2 but today they get -5 and even that’s being generous.

"Green square have spent all there money…"

Green square have spent all there money on new houses so can't afford to do major repairs.
I'm in a tiny 1 bedroom flat, that has 1 double radiator and 3 singles and am being charged £60 per week just for a heating service charge, they had people come of and condemn the heater but ad they can't afford to replace the heater we are going to be mad to move so they can sell the building, there doing this with all there old buildings.
Trading standards or some one needs to get involved before they loose all money and force familys from 2 blocks of flats to move

"DO NOT COMMUNICATE is GreenSquareAccord’s company policy. "

I am a visitor to GreenSquareAccord properties.
For 5 years they have imposed a block on me- refusing to allow me to contact the company in any way.
NOT a contact management plan… a block.
Put there by a manager.
Because I complained about health and safety.
I have been assaulted 11 times by ‘garden club’ members in 5 years. Tenants chosen by GreenSquareAccord to run the property.

They refuse to investigate my assaults.
They refuse to respond to my emails.
They have told customer service to refuse to communicate with me.
They have told a tenant (but not me!) my behaviour is so ‘abhorrent’ staff don’t want to come into work.
They have told a 65 year old tenant that if she continues to use me as her advocate she will be evicted.
They have told the same tenant that if she doesn’t ’modify’ my behaviour she will be evicted.
They have told her I am not to be on the premises if a manager is there (but not how we are supposed to know that).

When the tenant asked to see evidence of theses allegations made against me, she was told, in writing, to seek ‘legal advice’.
They have not supplied any evidence, have disclosed my personal details and threatened a 65 year old tenant with eviction if she continues to associate herself with me.

She has mould in her bedroom I tried to report in April 2024. But I’m ’blocked’ and can’t chase it down. The mould is still there.
The trees outside the property are over growing the building.
They have gravelled over the communal lawn.
One tenant controls, dominates, bullies and harasses the other tenants… the cleaning staff have been harassed by this tenant, they have video of the tenant attacking another.
GreenSquareAccord’s response? To give this one tenant a glass greenhouse, 3 sheds, his own private allotment (4 rods) and the freedom to attack (so far) 3 visitors, cleaning staff, 3 tenants and myself- 4 times.
Anyone who complains about his behaviour is told to go to the ‘local law’ [sic] or ‘take legal’ action.
I’m not a tenant. Thank God. But unfortunately, that also means I can’t go to the ombudsman.

GreenSquareAccord Housing Association is an abomination. They are taking funds for services they are not supplying and ALL complaints about management are dealt with by the managers complained about.
In 5 years, they have not interviewed ONE SINGLE TENANT or THEIR VISITORS.

They run GreenSquareAccord as a WhatsApp group.
And if you are not in their ‘group’- tough!
Go home.
Only this IS their home.
I’m 62 years old with an Indian wife and I’ve travelled throughout the Middle East and Asia, the America’s and every single EU country.
I have NEVER encountered a company whose core-policy is so fundamentally flawed.
It is the intention of GreenSquareAccord to force tenants (the biggest, most bullish) to manage their properties for them.
And to facilitate that ‘DO NOT COMMUNICATE’ is their fundamental company policy.
