Dies ist ein Nachtrag zum Nachtrag.
Erneut wurde mein Konto "geschlossen" und erneut soll ich es "reaktivieren". Auf meiner mehrmaligen Nachfragen erhalte ich immer nur standardisierte Antworten.
Ich habe jetzt die Nase voll. Ich werde das Konto kündigen und mein Geld anders wo parken. Hier ist es nur teuer und mit Ärger verbunden.

I wonder how this bank has glowing reports !
I have accounts at this bank for two offshore companies, as EPB was suggested by the company assisting me in company formation. From the first day I have had problems with bot accounts - transactions are horrendously slow, and often get rejected - they always blame a third party, and if I can prove otherwise they change their story. Their communications are dreadful - cases are closed at their will, not at their customers. It has become impossible to trust them to perform routine banking operations.
As for logging-in I had problems for months after a Windows update - they continued to claim it was my computer that had the problems, but suddenly the login problems disappeared. I could only get online on an incognito window, needing an SMS each time to get online. I move around a lot, using different internet suppliers so their IP check always causes me extra hassle - another terrible part of their 'non-service'
I strongly suspect positive reviews below to have been placed by bank personnel, not bone-fide customers.
Suffice to say I am looking for another bank with a better reputation

We have completed a widespread search of our records and we were not able to find your account profile so that we could email or call you in order to resolve your inquiry.
Update:
You already closed the case, but this has been going on for over a year - refused or cancelled transfers, extreme delays caused by 'covid' in both accounts and on many occasions. If you can't find my cases, I can only surmise that there are many such cases.
Your supposed actions are to prevent money laundering, but payments to my employees, who have accredited profiles or to my suppliers with invoices submitted etc. cannot be laundering money. If you have received the funds from a legitimate source (in my case from known suppliers), then I should be able to spend it any way that I wish, as it is not black, and therefore there is no need to launder it at all. What more is there to tell ?

I was pleasantly surprised by the onboarding process - I have never encountered one from a bank before; very professional and considerate.
The process became a bit bumpy due to issues on my side and I am very greatful for the patience from the bank.
It's been a pleasure to deal with Dan Brezinzki, he is very professional and, of no less importance, very easy going.
An idea is to make initial documentation very clear on what is required for a Verified Copy to be valid - maybe even include a mock sample (to avoid "bumps" further down the road :) ).

My approval process for the bank account took time because of several translations required; however there was immense support from Mart on several counts which eventually helped me understand the process better. Much appreciate his support.

"Unreliable, terrible customer service"
When this bank first opened, it was reputable, seemed reliable and provided very personal customer service. These days, customer service is absolutely terrible and slow, their support portal was updated recently but it's worse than the original system, agents ignore your comments and close your tickets without resolving them, and a wire transfer takes months as they work as slow as molasses and raise roadblocks one by one. I utterly regret opening an account with this bank and I advise you stay far, far away.
