"TS Pukekohe staff are truly awesome "

TS Pukekohe staff are truly amazing. So attentive, friendly and just ho out of their way to help with getting anything in frim another store if needed. Jill and Ruth are absolutely lovely. The two other ladies who work on different days are also super friendly and always end up having a laugh. I love this store. Best customer service. Highly recommend visiting this store.

"Fashion event "

I recently attended a fashion event at your Cannington store .. I was new to these and I’m not sure I will ever attend again.. I felt so sorry for the lady who was running ( or trying ) to run the parade as there where 2 other staff members (1 being the manager) who where constantly butting in and doing giveaways or butting in showing off there legging things under there dress.. and obviously the commentator wasn’t aware off what was happening ..

It was extremely embarrassing to watch the lady try and run an event .. but also not being able to do so !!

Think a little bit more of consideration for other staff would off been nice !!!

The food served as it was I didn’t think was the best way either..
I had heard great things from people re the fashion shows and I must say I was greatly disappointed!!!

Received email my click and collect order eas ready to pick up. I opted for click and collect instead of post as they had a special offer that you got a $10 voucher to use in store when you picked your order up (otherwise it's quite inconvenient to go to the store so I usually get posted)

Checked google before I left and store was open until 5.30. Arrived at 5.10 to steel roller door down and store closed.

For a staff meeting. They couldn't wait 30 minutes because then they'd be too late to get home apparently.

I emailed for my parcel to be sent to me as it wasn't worth the effort to return.

The head customer relations person's advised "hours are subject to change WITHOUT NOTICE "

No apology.

When I suggested that google could of been updated - as a staff meeting is a planned event - i think she laughed. She did say they have 150 stores and I'd need to speak to the IT department.

Horrid "customer service" .

Bizarre in fact.

No acknowledgement of issue just a "too bad so sad" attitude she was happy to quickly and gleefully cancel my order (no im not exagerating)

"Disgusting treatment by customer service"

I wish I could give no stars! A few days ago I spent about $1200 on clothes at the Tuggarah store. My sister and I do this a few times a year to stock up. One of the handbags I bought, which was about $15 was later found to be frayed. So I informed Andrea at head office who told me to ‘pop’ back to the store to discuss it with them. Not so easy when you’re in a wheelchair and the store is couple of hours from where I live which is why I can only get there to stock up a few times a year. I wont be going back.

I have been a member of Taking Shape for many many years ... I spend thousands !... I was mortified yesterday at your Cannington Store when Leanne treated me like absolute rubbish and I am not wanting to be treated like anything other than the usual customer... Linda and Allison were wonderful .. they helped me considerably but Leanne treated me like a piece of dirt .... I wanted to return an article from September.. on sale.... and fully accepted her reason that Head Office would NOT allow for a late return .. but I have been in hospital with cancer .. that I accepted not a problem.... the way she treated me was like a piece of shit .....I totally accept the TS ruling but Julie the Manager would have explained everythng to me .. except this dreadful woman who looked like a "cat dragged in" seemed to enjoy to belittle me! .. Never again ! ever ! Dr Mieke Watson

The beautiful Ladies at Taking Shape really helped me with my Birthday Celebration Dress.

They went out of their way to make my experience a seamless operation. 3 Ladies in particular I would like to thank.

"Val was excellent at the Mount Barker…"

Val was excellent at the Mount Barker store, helped me get the right fit bra, nothing was too much trouble, this is my second time visiting this store and the staff are excellent, lovely change rooms, beautiful comfy bras and lovely colours, not boring white, black or beige(though they do have these colours)but the coloured ones are very pretty.
Would recommend a visit for anyone who has a larger bra size, or clothing. You can order online and have delivered to your local store no charge and if not right money returned.
