I was spending a fortune on parking near work, like $600 monthly! Now I park for free about 3 miles away and just zip over on this scooter. It folds up quickly, holds its charge nicely, and makes getting to my job so much simpler.

Got this scooter for my 13-year-old daughter and she's made up with it! Decent for the price, plus it's light and folds easily which is handy for carrying.

"Extremely disappointing service & no human support "

Purchased an iScooter iX4 on April 21st with the promise of 1–3 working day delivery. The delivery was already delayed, so I took time off work to be home for the new scheduled date — only for nothing to arrive.

FedEx showed it was out for delivery, but no one came to my door. The status later updated to say it was returned to the depot.

Worse still, I’ve only received automated replies from iScooter. I’ve sent multiple emails and filled out their website form, explaining the urgency due to health reasons and mobility issues. I also paid extra for shipping insurance, which has been completely useless.

I’m now being told to wait until Monday — nearly a full week after ordering — with no accountability or real support. Extremely disappointing. I expected far better from a company advertising reliable, fast delivery.

"Awesome Off-Road Scooter!!!"

Just got the iX6 Off Road scooter! And Wow, It is better than I thought! Those big tires give a smooth ride even off-road. It gets up to 28 mph pretty fast. Loads of fun!!

Small issue with a missing part on my U1 bike but contacted customer support and new part being sent. Cannot fault the U1 e-bike and the customer service is amazing!
