I ordered a sink that I needed to get the next day. Going through the online shopping process, it looked like this was possible. I waited for the shipment to arrive all day and then received a phone call at around 5pm that the sink would take 4-5 days to arrive as it had to be shipped in from Canada. Then when I called back to cancel the order, the person on the line made me feel like it was my fault for expecting to get my product the next day. Wasn't happy!

My experience was overall very good. Price was great and shipping was fast. Had to ask for tracking info but when I did they emailed me promptly. Definitely would recommend to others.

I bought a toliet and all over the site it said "free shipping" and then a $199 handling charge had been added. To my knowledge, this was not apparent until after I received confirmation. However, I emailed them and was told to call. I called and left a message and no one called me back so I emailed again and didn't hear back from that (2 days ago).
It feels like I've been scammed. I would have cancelled the order if I actually was able to talk to anyone. I am going to fight the charges with Amex to not pay a handling fee. How much handling is required for a toliet that it cost $199? Clearly, there is no free shipping. They just sneak it in as a handling fee instead. They misled me and then their customer service mishandled it to make it feel like they didn't give a hoot that they scammed me. Shame on them.

Arrived on time, nice sink. Thought I ordered touch sink but it was a regular one, but just as well less to go wrong.

I wanted a gold brass bathroom sink and what I received was a stainless steel sink. Once I received my order immediately called for an exchange for the right color. The associate in customer service said he would send me the proper email on instructions on how to return product. It's been a week I'm still waiting for that email, tried calling back but answering machine said that they were closed even though it was 3pm on Friday. I sent a email since I couldn't get anyone on the phone about returning my sink it only gave me a ticket no. So, now I'm reluctant about ordering anything else from Decor Island.

they call weeks after placing the order claiming that the prices they advertised on line of which i ordered and received confirmation are not valid. Also stating that their free shipping doesn't qualify & that the freight charge is per unit.

The prices are great, but the customer service could be better. There also wasn't clear information on the website about the store being closed for a couple days which affected delivery time.
