The brothers arrived full of enthusiasm and replaced the whole bath and left it all looking great. "Poor Workmanship and Zero Accountability"
Buying from Croudace has been a nightmare. They installed our solar panel halfway on the neighbour’s roof and denied anything was wrong — until we pushed for months and they finally admitted and fixed it.
Since then, we’ve found serious structural problems that clearly don’t meet NHBC standards or basic building regulations, and once again, they refused to take responsibility and eventually offering a bodge job. Their approach seems to be deny, delay, and hope you give up.
The build quality is poor, and Croudace will do everything they can to avoid fixing properly fixing serious problems. Would never buy from them again.

Serious Structural Issues and Dishonest Communication
We’ve had a terrible experience with Croudace Homes. Structural problems were identified within the first 2 years and confirmed by independent experts. Croudace had tried to cover up and despite the evidence, they stopped responding and refused to agree to appropriate remedial works.
Their customer service and senior management was slow, evasive, and often dishonest. We were constantly given false reassurances, with delays at every step until they completely stopped responding.
