"Good customer service"

Good customer service. Lost 1 star as it took 2 weeks of me chasing up to get my query sorted. The last time I rang, Lisa sorted it there and then so unsure why the last 2 people couldn't.

Very poor. Account went on stop. Billed for something not requested. Credit note raised. Incorrect amount on credit. Tried countless times to obtain correct credit note. Account still went on stop for non payment.

"AWFUL COMPANY "

We had an account with quadient/neopost that we were not using, we returned the machine and decommissioned the machine which we had to pay for to get out of our contract a whopping £600+ we were told that we would receive any credit amount back as a refund which in our case was £220. this has been going on since February of 2024. I have just called up again to chase up our refund and was told our account showed a balance of 0. I would like to know what has happened to our £220 when we have paid to release ourselves from the contract and they seem to have conveniently put our credit balance to zero, it would seem someone is benefiting ?. I also had to call up today as they sent out another companies bad debts to us by mistake.... so we have had a data breach thrown in as well..... A terrible company to deal with avoid at all costs ! No one ever gets back to you unless they are chasing money which again they did several times even when our account was fully paid ...... Awful!
