"Beware - they ghost you if you terminate their parcel locker services"
My apartment building has terminated the parcel locker contract with them. Now we are in a position where all our parcels are stuck in the Quadient “parcel pending” lockers and irretrievable. The apartment building management contacted Quadient and they just ignored all the emails and calls.
EDIT: My building manager has made multiple attempts to contact you but all got ignored.

Phoned up for a basic question and got put on hold for 15 minutes, the line also charges so cost me a lot of money to then have no one answer my call.
Great service if you want your time wasted and your money wasted for no result

Call handler was great and found the cause of my problem immediately, however the reason for the middling review was because the phone menu cut me off when I selected an option (so on the third attempt, I pressed no options!), and then I had to wait in a queue for 5 mins before my call was connected
