Since receiving our replacement franking machine from Quadient I have had a number of issues, trying to get someone to resolve these issues are very challenging and time consuming. You can only contact customer services via messaging service which can take days for someone to respond.

Just leaving another review of this incompetent company who have now blocked my account from being used because they haven't allocated a payment made by myself on 13th February! Funny how every other payment I have made this way has been allocated correctly except for this one! Customer services is appalling! Interesting to see my previous review is now missing! Clearly they only like the 5* ones, but don't like giving a 5* star service!
*Edited* my account has had the hold removed, but I still feel the services I have received over this matter has been abysmal!
