Great company and customer service are always available to help. The system is great when being used and when it works however I do miss the being able to print onto a sticker to put direct onto a letter and if the recorded label doesn't go to the printer direct it cant be retrieved and can prove quite costly.

Helping themselves to our account by Direct Debit.
Be aware that they will debit your postal usage account with made-up charges without any discussion or notice that they are doing it or what it's for.
They then make it as hard as possible to find out what is going on with a wall of silence and look to blame someone else at any opportunity.
They seem to have no intention of rectifying the fault or "mistake" of helping themselves to payments for the postal account
Be aware as this could be happening to everyone.
Check your postal account and see if is any deductions that you can't identify.
It was well hidden and was easy to miss, they are blaming the Post Office computer errors - could this be the next national scandal?
