Three orders out of 3 were a disaster. I was sent an email asking why I stopped using the service so I decided to try again. The very next collection never happened and the driver "would still be a few hours" and then I tried again the next day and waited in and... I had to call them to find out where the driver was, only to be told my order "had been kicked out of the system, could I wait a few more hours"

Service client qui n’est pas à l’écoute du client...
Les prix ne sont pas respectés et débités à la hausse une fois la commande remise...
De plus le repassage est clairement à revoir !
Une mauvaise expérience client et aucun dédommagement étant donné que le service client rejette la faute sur le prestataire...
c’est dommage pourtant application pratique
Finalement rien ne vaut un pressing de quartier !

Not sure what has changed but two of my last three orders have not been delivered at the agreed.
Very disappointing as these are items need for the office, meeting etc.
I will give it one more and if things don't improve I will revert back to using a local laundry on the high street.

Have previously had many satisfactory washes - but this week washing came back mixed up with someone else's - two unknown bras. Not happy, this means some other customer has lost her things and maybe we have lost things too

Lost over 1,000 pounds of clothing, support giving us the run-around for two weeks before closing the support ticket. Called about 12 times and only spoke to a human being once. Avoid and use your local dry cleaner.

Was good until merger with laundrap and now awful, cancelled deliveries, lost clothing for 2 orders including shirts/suits/blouses, 2.5 weeks later they find it and still fail to deliver as promised, little to no reply via email, most ignored and don't answer the phone, I couldn't be more annoyed off with this company

"Loved Zip Jet it was a brilliant…"
Loved Zip Jet it was a brilliant service! Now they have been bought out I can't access my account.. Called them to be told it's now part of Laundry app so account can't be retrieved. That's ridiculous surely they'll be losing all zip jet customer accounts makes no sense! I've looked at Laundry app don't like the look of it and have now read shocking reviews! So sad to longer be a zip jet customer and trying to find an alternative what a great shame!! Missing you Zip Jet!
