You sent me a parcel with name and postcode only. If it hadn’t been for DPD calling me, I would bever have received it. Poor show.

This is a very good vacuum cleaner. Bought it on recommendation and not disappointed.

"Hair antiwrap that simply isn't true"

I bought this cordless vacuum as it was advertised with hair antiwrap functionality. However the first time I used it the brushes were wrapped very quickly with hair and required cleaning several times.
I emailed customer service and was simply told to call the technical department about it.

Not happy as this is not as advertised.

What a pathetic reply and no suggestion that this can be fixed. Mmm ay e I should just return it and get my money back. How do I do that?

I never knew how much dust (it's like a very fine powder) is in my pillows and mattresses. It's very effective and easy to use. I hope this minimises my allergies. I have eczema or contact dermatitis.
