Heart of England Co-op Funerals did a wonderful job organising our mothers funeral, we were made welcome from the very start of the process and everything was explained clearly and sensitively at our initial meeting and we received regular updates and reminders leading upto the funeral day. On the day everything went smoothly with a high level of respect shown for our funeral party and guests, I would certainly recommend them.

Lower Holyhead Road branch were fantastic from the start, Paula was so kind, caring and compassionate to my sister and I after the loss of our Mum. Paula kept us informed all the way and the funeral day was beautiful with a service and care from the staff that was impeccable.
