you have to fight for any cash back that you are supposed to receive I fought last month I finally received and now this month the same thing and they will not give it to me. I pay for the service things are not fair. It does no good to contact customer service. They just keep giving you a hard time. Customer service is very sad. I am thinking about dropping my shop smarter. I’m so tired of trying to fight for what you have coming.

"Disappointing Experience – Account Closed Without Explanation"
I’ve been a loyal member of ShopSmarter.com since 2022. However, recently my experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating. At the end of 2024, I purchased some items and was notified I had to submit receipts for cashback via their customer service email. After doing so, shortly after, I found myself unable to log into my account—it had been closed without any explanation.
I’ve spent weeks trying to resolve this issue. After numerous emails with no response, I started calling their customer service. Every representative I spoke to apologized and assured me my account should be reinstated and it was wrong. Despite their promises, nothing has been done. I’ve called four times now speaking with reps who submit requests for me and my account remains inaccessible with no updates or refund even though I paid for the membership.
It’s disappointing that a company I trusted would treat a long-time customer this way. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I’m posting this review in hopes that ShopSmarter.com will address this issue, reinstate my account, and restore my faith in their service.
Until then, I can’t recommend this service to others.

Have been a Shopsmarter subscriber for years and have saved a lot of money. The only thing I wish were different is the maximum allowed rebate amount or provide the ability to refer others.
