This is a fraud , I never purchased anything and subscription, but take my money from my account for many months

Customer service phone calls always seem to be answered by an answering service and not ShopSmarter employees. I have found on many occasions that they do not know much about what ShopSmarter even is or how to resolve concerns. There have been instances where I was given obviously incorrect information which left me feeling that the agents were clueless. I have also experienced where the agent ended the call by saying thank you for calling such-and-such business; that was not ShopSmarter! Iv'e also reported some technical issues with the website and account details which have not been corrected.

"Scam "

Smart shoppers has been taking money form my account for the last two years and I barely noticed it. I never signed up for any subscription and I never received any emails from this company only until I called to question why was I getting billed? They mention a third-party buybuy BABY, and that account has been closed For a couple of years. None of it makes sense to me when I called. They canceled my subscription And refunding me back only four months that’s the only email I’ve ever received from the company. They took several hundred dollars from me. I will be taking legal action. This company is a scam. I don’t know how they received any of my information like I said and I received no emails from this company.
