First time buyer of Aquatica. Customer service was amazing. Online chat with Goran was quick and easy. Looking forward to my Dune bathtub.

"Stay away from here"

I ordered an infinity vibe hot tub $35,000 sometime summer 2021. Received November 2022. Since then it has never worked. Repeated calls and messages to the Latvian production facility. Promises made and not kept. We spent over $20,000 to an our landscaper to oversee the installation ie cement pad and electrical and plumbing. I might add that there were no functional blueprints and we needed to employ a crane twice. At $2,000 per time. So we are in for about $70,000. And it’s SO bad, I am having it removed. $70,000 goodbye. But not worth my health. This has been the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. Unless you love misery stay away from Aquatica and their faulty product and no support company

Aquatica’s representative Goran was a fine contact to explain their product.

The detailed design of the Aquatica tub I chose, set it apart in my criteria list. There were many alternatives.

Four areas of excellence: Accurate, timely, to the point, and helpful information.

Website content was the most complete when compared to competition. This includes photo, specification and dimensional information that I found necessary to make an accurate assessment.

Jared was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything that was wrong with my hot tub and the steps he would take to fix it. He was patient and understanding, answering all of my questions and providing me with valuable insights and advice.

"Jared has been an absolute pleasure to…"

Jared has been an absolute pleasure to handle my situation. I purchased their Ofuro tub several years ago and recently had a leak due to a crack in the overflow which needed to be repaired. Jared took my call and explained the crack was caused in installation therefore not covered under warranty but they could repair it on site and reinstall the tub for a reasonable fee. They traveled to Southern California to perform this service.

Jared and his teammate arrived with smiles and professionalism. They were very careful to not cause any damage to our remodeled bathroom with newer marble tile and shower glass surrounding the tub in a tight space. We had some challenges with leaks after connecting the tub to plumbing (twice) but they remained calm, professional, and determined to fix the problem. Their third strategy was successful and the tub installation was complete. The job took them a few hours longer than they expected but they never complained. They saw the homeowner (me) grow more concerned over the duration but Jared’s professional and unrushed approach allowed me to rest assured that all would be fine in the end.

They stayed for an extended period of time for further leak testing and even asked me to text them if there were any leaks after they left. They traveled to another job over the weekend and Jared went out of his way to text me then to see if I had any further issues. I hadn’t had the opportunity to test it myself yet but I’m confident that I can contact them if any future issues arise and they’ll be responsive.

"I purchased a Baby Boomer tub and had…"

I purchased a Baby Boomer tub and had major problems with the handle. It did not align at the other end where it connects. (wish I could show pictures) I noticed it when the tub was sitting in my garage before it was installed. I mentioned it to a sales associate and he said he’ll have a contractor look at it. The contractors came and made the alignment closer and it worked one or two times without leaking. After that, it leaked all over the floor. They came to repair it a second time, and It leaked again. They offered me another tub. So in haste, I picked a cheaper Lullaby nano tub at no charge. That tub ended up not suiting our needs so we just bought a standard tub at the Home Depot. So we literally threw away the $6000 Boomer tub- seems like it could not be fixed. Got stuck with a Lullaby nano tub in the garage. Paid installation and tile work two times. It’s part my fault for allowing them to install a defective tub. The Aquatica employees got sick of me complaining about the defective junk they sold me and ignored my phone calls. I was gullible enough to believe that the tub would be fixed. It should’ve been returned and my money refunded!
