Not impressed so far. I was told the sink I ordered for a client would ship in 2 days (which would have been yesterday). I tried chat with one of your customer service people, who tried to be helpful. He said someone in "fulfillment" would contact me in a few minutes with tracking info.
That also didn't happen. No news, so I call your company twice, and no one answered in customer service. I left a Voicemail message. Then I dialed again hoping to reach someone in 'fulfillment.' Once again sent directly to Voicemail.
That was about 6 hours ago, no reply.
I'm going out of town at the end of next week and don't want to have the shipment show up when I'm not here.
I have been a pro working in the field of Interior Architecture. I'm a repeat customer with companies that have great communication.
Hopefully someone from AquaticaUSA will contact me in a day or two with information about his order.

Amazing service by this company. I am in Scottsdale Arizona and had an issue with the tub that seemed to be a manufacturing issue. They sent two people out and re-manufactured the tub in my home. Came out amazing and we are very happy with the tub. Initially I thought we had broken the tub when we installed it. Everyone in the company continued to tell me everything would be worked out. They went above and beyond. Goran is actually from Portugal and the other gentleman was from Latvia where the tub was manufactured. Amazing job, helped with the install and did above and beyond what would've been expected. They came out on a Sunday as they flew in Sunday morning. They knew when the tub was manufactured and who had done the work on it. They were very interested in every detail. I would highly recommend this company.

Aquatic is a great company. We had a problem last year with an expensive version of a competitors tub. I used the Aquatica online chat to ask a few questions, and within minutes the President of Aquatica was on the phone with me. They sold me a nicely discounted replacement tub and helped me understand the issues that led to the failure of the Devon and Devin tub ( who blew me off entirely on a technicality -long story-and invited me to file a suit if I didn’t like it - that’s not really my style). I returned to Acquatica recently to buy a tub for our getaway cabin. The product is fantastic
(CORELLIA) but the service and personal touch are the real selling point here. This is an honest company with a great product. Couldn’t be more satisfied.
