This was a very difficult purchase. Initial shipment arrived crushed. This resulted in significant issues with that original vendor.
Goran and his staff stepped up and helped me get a replacement tub in a timely manner, and followed up all the way through from order to delivery. Without their help, we would never have gotten this tub.

The Downtown Spa I purchased from Aquatica USA in April 2022 is no longer operable as of December 2022 due to a broken control panel. The company is unresponsive to multiple phone messages asking for help on a product that is still under warranty.

"Beautiful, well-made products"
I got an incredibly beautiful soaking tub (Ofuro Mini Tranquility) and vessel sink. They both arrived in good condition with helpful delivery people. The Aquatica sales people were always helpful and ready to answer any questions through the process. I did have some issues with getting the drains, in there were huge delays followed by the wrong parts being shipped multiple times. The logistics people were helpful but sometimes took over a week to respond, requiring multiple emails and calls. All in all, it finally worked out after some frustration, and my bathroom is like a showplace. Very happy that I went with Aquatica.

"I purchased a home that has a luna tub"
I purchased a home that has a luna tub. The suction area was cracked on the euroclicker, so the tub would not hold water. It would slowly drain and never fully fill.
I reached out to your customer service team, sent photos, told the person the exact month and year the tub was purchased.
I was advised to order a euro clicker, which I did. The clicker was sent and it was not the correct size. I called 5 times, emailed at least 5 times with not one person getting back to me. To ignore customers, when the error was on your end is horrible customer service.
I still do not have my updated clicker. It was a simple fix, that caused a silly level of frustration. They said it was shipped, and I hope this one arrives and works properly.

To begin, the Aquatica website is very well organized, and all the photos are very helpful to a customer trying to visualize how a particular tub might look like in their own home. Secondly, the few questions I had were answered almost immediately with online chat. And those answers to my questions were knowledgeable! Thirdly, when I wanted to speak to a person directly before placing my order, Goran called promptly. We discussed a few details, and I placed my order. Placing the order on their website was easy, and I received a confirmation that day. All very professional.

"Not Impressed with Service and Dissed by Sales guy"
I have been impressed with everything I have read about the product, but when I contacted the company with a simple technical clarification question I was not impressed at all. The sales representative was rude and dismissive of my concern. He had no suggestion about how to find an answer to my question and concluded our conversation by saying “good luck” in a facetious tone. I will not be doing business with this company.
