"Baby Boomer 2 Walk-in Tub"

Purchased a Baby Boomer 2 tub in 2020 and it was delivered in 2021. When I purchased the tub, it was in the design phase. Goran and Jared made sure I was informed of the changes along the way. I love the tub and the wait was well worth it. Goran and Jared have bent off backwards making sure everything was good and it all turned out great. Customer service is superior.

"Ordered my tub on March 14 and it has not arrived…"

Ordered my tub on March 14 and was quoted 8 weeks delivery, the middle of May. Eight weeks passed and I called customer service and was informed the tub was delayed and it will be another 2-4 weeks. Three weeks passed, early June, and I called customer service and was informed the tub would arrive the week of June 14. Then I received my first official update from Aquatica on June 17, informing me the tub has an ETA scheduled for the week of June 28.

On a scale of 1-10 for customer communication, my rating is a strong 1.

I have not seen the tub so I cannot comment on its quality. Hopefully, I can update this review and say the wait was worth it.

"Our new Lullaby 2 tub is perfect"

Our new tub is perfect. There was some difficulty getting shipping status, however, the shipping itself was flawless. The tub was packed very securely and in arrive without a hint of damage. In fact, the crate was the best I have ever seen.
