"Work was performed while we were not…"

Work was performed while we were not home and the area had pieces of sharp metal and old nails/screws (assume from older gutters) that were in various places in the yard around the house. The original estimate called for a single down-spout along our sun room, but the installers put the new gutters in the same way as the older ones, so an unneeded down spout was installed. Overall, the gutters do look great and I look forward to our first rain to see how they perform.

A fairly painless process from start to finish. The salesperson was on time and appeared to know her stuff. From signing the contract to having the windows scheduled for delivery was very fast. They came out within days to remeasure the windows and place the order, before he left from that appointment he had called the "office" and had the install dates (2 days for the 23 windows) scheduled. The 2 men doing the actual install were amazing to watch. They were certainly hard workers. They cleaned up the area very well. The only issue (if you want to call it an issue) is that the company project manager only came out once during install and was not here to check final work. Due to the installers I guess he knew they were trustworthy and would do a quality job--and they did.

We selected Thompson Creek because the product is well made, it is manufactured locally, lifetime warranty and the leadtime was less than other vendors. The installers were very professional and courteous, protecting all surfaces and cleaning up after. The install went smoothly and the door and transom look awesome. My only complaint is that we were notified the day before that our scheduled morning install was delayed to the afternoon - luckily I was able to reschedule another appointment to accommodate the last minute change, so in the end it worked out. Would definitely recommend Thompson Creek.
