the installation was good however i am still unable to put the lever to the position which allows me to pull down the window for cleaning-thought it would loosen up after installation---also took for ever to have the window scheduled for installation --- this was a ground floor window and it is right next to the front door---big safety concern as the window was stuck open---otherwise we were satisfied with in the service....please come over and adjust the lever-diane oconnor

They cancelled my install appointment after 3 month lead time. Caller was rude and ugly, and really offended me. No customer empathy. It’s not always easy to coordinate a day at home. She said install was cancelled because “the truck broke down” she was so nasty that i do not want to work with this company again. One would think that a company that markets as heavily as this one does would have more than one truck (cringeworthy lie from the person who called that morning) or that they would manage customer interaction better and not behave so rudely.
