I love my windows. Thompson Creek Technicians were on time, courtesy and fast. They did a great job with clean up too. I had a small issue with two windows and they came right back and fixed them as soon as I called. Great job!!!

"Caused minor damage but didn’t say anything"

It was frustrating that the majority of the technicians didn’t speak English or spoke very few English words. The primary cause for concern was that there was minor damage done to the inside and to the outside of the home that wasn’t brought to our attention until we discovered it ourselves. Very poor characteristic not to confront the home owners after damaging a door jam, making the door unable to shut properly and breaking an exterior light over the patio. Being as how I was away for military training, my wife had to locate a technician who could speak English and only then was the door fixed and the light partially repaired. Left a bit of distaste and distrust towards Thompson Creek employees. I will likely shop around the next time we invest tens of thousands of dollars towards doors and/or windows for a more honest company.

Perfect installation! And as a Construction Manager with an ENR engineering firm, ranked number 52 nationally, I could not have been more happy. The installers were professional, incredibly communitive, and actually, I found the installers to be a lot of fun. We had lots of laughs, I value excellent work, I also value having a bit of fun. These individuals, the installers, arrived on time, and completed their work in 4 hours. I am thrilled!
