1st off I would like to state that I used to work for a competitor of Thompson Creek. This competitor was a high end window siding and door company. Even if they were still around I would have most likely gone with Thompson Creek for my windows. My salesman Carl Thomas was amazing and truly cared about taking care of my needs and wishes. He was honest, direct and helpful from beginning to end. Carl was particularly concerned about keeping the project in my budget, offering several options. Quality and price were explained clearly making sure that I understand completely what the differences were. The windows arrived as promised and they handled every detail of the installation and follow up. Even had the measure tech check in the day of installation to make sure everything was done properly. I have already contacted my salesman about siding and it was excellent quality like the windows. I have already noticed a difference in the comfort of my house and looking forward to saving money on my utilities.

Windows look amazing but the contractors who installed them were awful. Showed up 2 hours early and got mad when someone wasn’t home. During and after the installation their attitude was horrible and they left metal/wood pieces in our house.

Otherwise very pleased.

The quote process was typical for most companies, they give you medium/high quote and bring it down a little to make it seem like a deal. My guy was pretty knowledgeable and relaxed, not pushy at all. I was satisfied with the price and expected quality.
Install was very quick and seamless. No issues with install or quality of the door. Very impressed with quality. Everything works masterfully and is sealed to perfection.

Screens were lost or not made and they came over 1.5 month later.
