"Another outstanding job."

T.C. installed a large bay window for us several years ago. We were extremely pleased with the quality of their installation, and are most happy with the window. So we had them install another large window for us recently. Same quality installation, and we couldn't be happier with the final product.

"Not impressed"

They all don’t open well. Bugs are getting thru . Not really impressed with windows. Sales guy did same all salesman do ...work ups deal then call their manager to ask if the lower price will be ok. Makes it seems like your getting this really great deal.
In stall guys were really professional. Windows look really nice.
The day of install I could not get windows to slide well and locks wouldn’t line up.
Bugs are crawling in under screens. I believe the screen is not very fine holes. hardly works at my house at night. Can’t leave windows open.
Again, seem like solid windows . Not happy with them as whole because of issue stated.

"Purchased a storm door"

We purchased a storm door and had to submit an architectual request to our HOA. Thompson's rep gave us the specs we needed for our HOA's review immediately. Our HOA did take over 2 mos to review and we lost the initial window of time to get our door install done. Not Thompson issues, our HOA however Thompson was very helpful in our door selection so the request would pass. Our door matched the house color and was a full view style as required. We did upgrade the pump/hydraulic at the bottom of the door; with an easy step on, we can lock the door in an partially open position. We also had the glass tinted, gray, the same as our front door in keeping with HOA requirements. The step-on works great, the tint has exceeded our expectations is keeping our south facing, metal front door a comfortable warm instead of hot enough to cook an egg. The installation went very smoothly, the installer was on time, job very well done, left no trace behind and done quickly, about 2 hours if that much. We're so very, very pleased with the quality of the door, the sales rep, the installer and Thompson Creek.

"Perfection"

I could not be happier with my new windows and sliding glass door. From the first step all the way to the follow up call after installation was complete everything went smooth and easy. Wonderful company and product.

"Very poor service"

Very poor service . Everything from lies to poor workmanship done by sub contractors, not Thompson Creek employees. I had work completed May 15 and still having issues trying to get issues completed. If you can find another company other than Thompson Creek , do it ! I’ve got nails showing in the siding, parts that are not installed, dented gutters from ladders, caulking that looks like a 7 year old completed. Broken parts that I discovered and reported to Thompson Creek that was tried to be covered up . Broken water pipe from water faucet under house . I understand that mishaps happen but it’s how you handle the situation after that shows your true identity. I asked the tech supervisor to call a plumber but he said he could fix it . He tried to connect water pipes together with spray foam which of course failed, I had to call in a plumber to fix it . The techs looked like they walked out of the woods behind my house . Again, sub contractors that was probably picked up at a corner of 7-11 looking for work. Out of 20 different workers that was here for four days only one was here for the whole four days . The sales rep and the so called project manager told an abundance of lies . Do yourself a favor, go with another company .

"My Thompson Creek experience was great"

My Thompson Creek experience was great. My salesman was quite knowledgeable about his product and worked out the best price for the window I wanted. The group that installed the window had to work in the rain but never missed a beat, they were on time and cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend Thompson Creek.

The team (4) did a great job replacing 16 windows within one day. Cleaned everything up inside & out! I gave them water a few times because it was a bit warm that day. Was very pleased with everyone I spoke to from the company.

"We love our new entry door!"

We were very pleased with the purchase of our new entry door. The installers arrived early and got right to work. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and completed our installation before noon! They did excellent work! We will keep Thompson Creek in mind for all future house projects!!
