The man who fitted them was very freindly and good at his job i would recomend them to anyone

Ordered and paid for tyres to be fitted turned up at the allotted time to be told that they had no record of our booking or any tyre delivery. I asked the tyre centre if they had the same tyres that could be fitted at any point today. Which unfortunately they didn’t. The manager of the auto centre said was common for this to happen with etyres.
This lack of organisation has cost me two hours paid work now which the company are unwilling to refund. I will be using black circle tyres in future.

Absolutely appalling. I placed a booking online to have two tyres fitted to my car. The earliest available slot was a week away but I went with it. When I went to the fitting centre they told me that they had no record of the booking and no tyres of that size in stock. I then drove back home and contacted etyres who informed me that the booking had 'failed'. Interestingly when I asked them if they could send the tyres the next day they said no and when I went back onto the website, the tyre price had mysteriously increased by £30. In the meantime I'll have to wait for up to 6 working days to get my money back. Totally and utterly appalling and almost scam - like behaviour. Avoid.

Really easy service just turned up for two tyres to be fitted and balanced all done in 15 mins

Avoid, avoid, avoid. I purchased 4x tyres to be fitted at a local garage and booked a next day fitting appointment - all good so far. Drove over to the garage the next day and as soon as I walked in I had worried faces from the garage team. No tyres, a totally wasted trip and they said this happened all too often with etyres… I contacted customer services and didn’t even get an apology - just directed me to their T’s and C’s - oh and when I was in the garage with no tyres, they were still offered on their website with next day fitting. I’ve since rebooked with a competitor (coloured circles) and the booking was by the numbers and as promised. Please save yourself a wasted trip with zero apology, ownership or accountability for their errors and avoid etyres.
