I placed this order on 10th, delivered damaged by Fedex on 14th, collected on 15th. Promised it would be looked at on 16th but Peter Tyson apparently didn't get it back until 17th, told me it was in the queue to be processed and then I hear nothing. Bank Holiday weekend, no TV, no money to buy a TV, No way I'll be coming back.
PT have had my money for 9 days now and I have nothing to show for it except stress and wasted time.
I used a UK business because I wanted to stop using Amazon. What an epic mistake that was. Brand new customer looking for quality and professionalism and found none of it. Could have been a life long customer? Not any more.

Ordered a Dishwasher from the website which was delivered quickly but was not in an acceptable condition on arrival due to dents and signs that it had been dropped. Contacted Peter Tyson about this and they quickly offered 4 choices including immediate replacement which was duly received in mint condition a few days later.
The exchange and replacement was arranged smoothly and hassle free with a fast response to all queries. I thoroughly recommend Peter Tyson and will certainly buy again from them when the need arises. Living at the other end of the Country to their operation was never a problem.
