"Withholding my refund "

I started the return process for a pair of earrings on January 27th 2025. They keep making excuses why I can’t receive my refund though original instructions were to send tracking for the item’s return to AUSTRALIA. I paid for that $20 and still no refund. I am exhausted with the back and forth with no refund or resolution.

Honestly these are as good or better than diamonds. Value is absolutely undeniable. These could easily sell for 5x the cost and still be a good deal.

I ordered a ring and was really excited about it. I received a delivery notice, checked where it was supposed to be and it wasn’t there. Customer service immediately stepped up and sent me a replacement. I received it today and it’s beautiful! I will not hesitate to order from them again.

I was skeptical about ordering and spending so much on something I hadn’t seen, but I am pleased that I did. I have always wanted 1 carat diamond stud earrings, but could never afford them. These are a great substitute and I will be wearing them daily. The quality is as advertised.

"Have not received the refund yet"

The ring was not what I expected, so I returned it. From the time I initiated the return until I provided the tracking numbers, the customer service via email seemed very responsive. However, I have not heard anything from them since the ring was finally delivered on March 6, 2025. As of today 3/12/25, I have not received the refund. I can't conclude this is a scam, so I'll wait one more week I hope thing don't go that far. I think the company should be professional in customer service by confirming the receipt of return and provide the estimate day for refund.

"I love the size and sparkle of the 2 ct"

I love the size of the 2 ct. I also have a 1ct which is nice for daily functionality but the 2 ct gives the ring extra umph. The sparkle is amazing! I love this ring!!!
