My wifi didn’t work for a whole month and because I didn’t cancel it right away they can’t refund me for my month when I wasn’t even using the wifi all month I was using my data this company is bs

"Teksavvy reliable, cost effective internet service "

Teksavvy has provided a reliable cost effective internet service to us over the past few years. Unfortunately in our area they are not able to offer fiber optic or high speed internet, however their price is better than the "big 3". We are able to watch IPTV (especially when the satellite dish is affected by the Weather), surf the net, and keep in touch with family and friends with e-mails and facetime.

"Update on lousy customer service"

Update. Missed the Superbowl on my big Samsung tv. Had to watch it on a tiny Fire tablet. Couldn't follow the play and the ball was invisible. Customer service via phone was totally useless. Days go by. Followed all the online prompts and self help suggestions. NOWHERE does Teksavvy inform the customer that the app ONLY WORKS WITH THE LATEST VERSION of the Amazon Firestick!?! GOOD GRIEF! How does this company retain any customers?😡

"Useless"

3 days without internet as of now. I requested multiple time a callback from a supervisor, that I never received. The only solution provided by the team was to reset the modem... after resetting it 109 times, I dont know if a miracle was supposed to happen? They cannot send technical help to fix it. They then suggested a new modem, which would be sent by mail in 3 business days. Although, we dont even know if that would be the solution!? So, I was suppose to wait up to 6-7 days without internet? Awesome!
