Terrible. Truly awful customer service. My instillation was delayed by two weeks and even getting them to give me a specific time took hours on the phone. No compensation, no solutions. Really bad at communicating. They're cheap and have no contracts for a reason. If you can afford it go with another company.

"This company is absolute rubbish"
This company is absolute rubbish. Avoid it like a plague! On several occasions, I’ve had to go multiple days without internet while I wait for a technician. No compensation is offered other than deducting payment for the days you didn’t have service - and that’s only if you request it and remind them later on. Not even the supervisor/manager cares about your inconvenience or offer to make it right in any way. They gives zero F’s about the fact that you have to work from home and need internet to feed your family. You’re just left to figure it out! I’m done with this pathetic company. I’m switching to Bell who ironically is the reason we’re always without internet. Way to let your competitor win over your customers.

The worst internet provider I have ever used. Customer support is useless and it’s not even their fault, they literally don’t even have the ability to help you. There is a reason they have so many bad reviews, do not use them!

rarely have issue with any support from any service provider except this one.
little fellas think I am stupid because I don't sounds like a typical English speaker out there, little did he know I am a computer debugger and a technician on my end as well; that's how I used to make a living. I know there's nothing I can do on my end that why I call the support.
the support saying " oh it because something running in the background, or tv stream or the game server etc. that's why its slow down bla bla bla bla" those basic stuff which I already check and when I say its none of those, kid catching feeling and go silence end the call abruptly.
like dude if you cant handle the costumer support job don't do it, its that simple, if you listen to the conversation I don't come out wrong at you buddy, its all peace and curiosity to the issue nothing more. grow the fk up!

"Trash customer support"
Trash customer support, says 24/7 support via phone on their website as of Aug 17 2023 but it's non existent which is false advertising and illegal..they shut off my mother's internt at 12 midnight exactly and she showed me her printed out bill even saying they owe her a credit of 5 bucks ... SO WHY SHUT OFF HER INTERNET YOU CLOWNS.

"Terrible tech support"
Their DNS servers were having extreme reliability issues and it was super easy to prove. Tech support was completely clueless and useless and refused to even admit there was a problem. In the past, they had excellent and knowledgeable tech support, but things have changed and now they offer literally nothing better than the competition.

"Been with Techsavvy for 5 years"
Been with Techsavvy for 5 years. Never had any problems and I work from home so reliable internet service is critical to my job. They just increased my Wifi speed for free. Plus, great customer service.
