A kitchen is a big expense and inconvenience as it is the hub of the home. We liked the Jonas & James range and after speaking to Hannah in the Range Portsmouth she agreed to come and take measurements of our kitchen. She went away to design our kitchen. When we came to see her we went through a couple of scenarios, looking at options to fit our kitchen.
Hannah has been at the end of the phone and so helpful. Delivery of the kitchen and appliances was as stated.
We are thrilled with Hannahs original design but actually seeing it in our own property, it is stunning. Thank you Hannah.

We purchased the Hamilton light grey units, I was helped by Kevin that was more of a rep, but I insisted that they let him plan my kitchen, which he did. I can't complain about the service and quality of the whole experience. The kitchen was delivered on the day I requested, the quality of the kitchen units is 2nd to none. Have had kitchens from various other companies but never of this quality. Would highly recommend Jonas and James for quality and service.

From day one we highlighted problems with the product, sending photos, emails and calls to the sales agent, who at the time confirmed she totally agreed with our concerns and felt uncomfortable selling the compact laminate to any other customer because of how terrible ours looked.
Recommended installer also highlighted concerns with the sales rep within 5 days of start date.
We were assured that the matter was in hand and had been passed to Portsmouths Area manage. We invited both agent and manager to visit and view week 1,2 and so on, not once did they come to inspect.
We assured The Range that we just wanted the faulty worktops that had been installed replaced and refunded for the £1000+ untouched worktop sat in our garage.
This then took weeks to receive any response leaving us in limbo and unable to finish our kitchen. The recommended installer failed to turn up and on inspection of his carpentry skills and quality of installation we asked him not to come back.
Eventually we received an email informing it was no fault of The Range and it was now the fault of the installers cutting ability!!! I would accept this if he was at fault for the white chipped edging on a black compact laminate top, but the front edge had been cut by the manufacture and on inspection the untouched worktop was the same.
We are now 4 months on from start date with a half finished kitchen. Very expensive worktops look terrible, I might of well of brought tops at a third of the price and would have looked so much better. Kitchen cabinets are good, door paintwork is chipping already, microwave oven works on occasions and the £650 tap drips and the leaver has fallen off. So all in all I wish we had chosen a well established kitchen outlet that I have no drought would have never sold products or supplied, worktops, doors or appliances that were not built to last.
We now intend to take this to Court as The Range Portsmouth Manger could not care less about resolving this, hiding behind front staff and emails rather than making a site visit or even a call..
The Range Portsmouth took our money then couldn’t care less about customer service or helping us find a resolve. All along we informed that we just wanted a finished kitchen and was happy to exchange faulty products, we never looked to get a refund, but we have now been out of pocket, a rubbish kitchen and so cross and upset.
We will now be starting court proceeding against The Range Portsmouth, kitchen dept. I look forward to presenting all of our evidence of emails, photos, messages and call logs to the court.

Colin in Stockport was a great help, with it being our first kitchen he gave us lots of advice on what was best for the room and space we had. Everything was delivered on time. We’re now back again with Colin to design our utility room as the quality was great!
