I contacted Puredrive to help when my electricity bills were high. I have 20 kWh of battery storage. They were very understanding and agreed to do a site inspection. Their engineer arrived took his time to explain to me what he was doing and changed a few cables and reset the system. Since then I have seen a huge difference in my usage from the grid. Puredrive have been wonderful in keeping in touch and are now helping me with the Puredrive app.
I would recommend this company 10 out of 10 for customer support.
